Newsletter – July 2023

We are all looking forward to a wonderful summer together, some for the last time ☹ Our Summer fair will soon be here, we would like to request any donations of tombola items, any bottles or unwanted gifts to help us. We will be having a barbeque, selling refreshments, organised fun and games will keep us all entertained 😊 We hope you can make it. Summative/transition reports will be making their way over to you soon. School leaver parents will be receiving a questionnaire which we would really appreciate if you could fill this in.

We are very busy from September, if you haven’t spoke to Lynsey already about any extra days being added or changes in days, please do so as soon as possible, many thanks.

• A gentle reminder that if your child is going to be late in to nursery please could you call us. We will be able to save a lunch for them, it is especially important for those on special diets.
• Summer Fair- 29/04/2023
• Policies- Please remember you can find all our policies and procedures on our website.
• Pick up – Please can all parents remember that for a morning session collection time is 1.00. If you are going to be late, please can you telephone nursery to inform management.
• Phone calls- Please remember our phone line is always open for any queries.
• Fees- Fees must be paid at the beginning of the month for the month going forward, as per your contract.
• Parking-Please Park as far on the drive as you can when parking up and drive slowly, please.
• Photo’s- Michelle our photographer will be with us 12/07/23 for some natural photo opportunities in the garden
• Sunflower Room- Sports Day 11/07/2023

This month the children will be exploring:

• Sports Day, Tour de France
• School readiness/Graduation
• Summer holidays
• Festivals
• Room Transitions

Graduation day is almost upon us!

Each child may have two people attend the event; due to fire reasons we cannot allow anymore.

Our photographer will be present that day to take a group photo, individual cap and gown photos and can take family photos also.

Please also note that when your child is in their final month that fees must be settled at the beginning of the month as per your contract, we will organise that any deposit will be deducted from your fees or those with siblings, the deposit will roll on to your next child.
